On behalf of the board of directors of Niagara Frontier Federal Municipal Employees Credit Union, I am please to share exciting news. We have received regulatory approval to pursue a merger with Niagara Falls Teachers Federal Credit Union, which will be federally chartered as Niagara Falls Teachers Federal Credit Union.
Niagara Frontier Federal Municipal Employees Credit Union board of directors and leadership team support this merger. However, the final decision is up to you. You are being asked to vote on a proposal for a merger with Niagara Falls Teachers Federal Credit Union, located only a couple miles from our location.
